Usage of Workspace

Workstations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Professional use only. Illegal activities and harassment are strictly prohibited.

Customers must vacate their workstation promptly at the end of their shift.

Cleanliness of workstation must be maintained at all times.

Meeting pods require advance booking through the web portal.

Payment and Fees

Full advance payment is required. Accepted methods: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, RuPay, netbanking, and wallet payments.

Late payment fee: 10% on overdue amounts.

A refundable security deposit may be required.

Additional service fees are due upon incurrence.

Cancellation and Refunds

Customers may cancel their package plan at any time.

The workspace may terminate a plan without notice for violations or non-payment. No refunds in these cases.

Refunds are issued as SABE Wallet Credit with a 10% administrative fee deducted from the remaining balance.

Security and Liability

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

The workspace is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Security protocols must be followed at all times — access codes, access cards, and door-closing procedures.

Customers must familiarise themselves with emergency procedures.

Internet and IT Usage

Internet access is provided. Excessive bandwidth use is prohibited.

Technical support is limited to internet access only.

Customers are responsible for their own data security.

The workspace is not liable for data breaches or loss of data.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Customers must respect the privacy of others at all times.

Common areas may be monitored for security purposes.

Confidential information must be handled with care.

Misuse or unauthorised disclosure of confidential information is strictly prohibited.

Maintenance and Cleanliness

Customers must maintain cleanliness at their workstation throughout their stay.

Maintenance issues must be reported immediately to staff.

Customers are liable for the costs of any intentional damage caused to the workspace or its equipment.

Termination of Package Plan
01
Voluntary termination is permitted at any time. Refunds are issued as SABE Wallet Credit with a 10% administrative deduction.

Involuntary termination may occur for policy violations, non-payment, or inappropriate behaviour. No refunds will be issued.
03
Upon termination, all access codes and any personal items must be returned or removed from the premises.

Dispute Resolution

Internal mediation will be attempted first for any dispute.

Unresolved disputes will proceed to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction lies with the courts in the service area.

Amendments

The workspace may amend these terms at any time.

Continued use of the workspace constitutes acceptance of any amended terms.

Amendments agreed between specific parties require written signatures to be binding.

Miscellaneous

Package plans are non-transferable.

A force majeure clause applies — the workspace is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control.

Customers agree to indemnify the workspace against any claims arising from their use of the space or breach of these terms.

A severability clause applies — if any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remainder continues in full force.

Code of Conduct

Professional and respectful behaviour is required from all members and visitors at all times.

An appropriate dress code is expected within the workspace.

Noise control is encouraged. Headphones are recommended when taking calls or listening to audio.
