Our cancellation, refund, and wallet policies are designed to stay fair, transparent, and operationally clear for all members. Please read before purchasing any membership, pass, or package.
At SabeHub, our cancellation, refund, and wallet policies are designed to stay fair, transparent, and operationally clear for all members.
Once a member purchases a pass, package, or membership, SabeHub reserves capacity, experience access, and operational resources for that member. This policy explains how cancellations, unused credits, wallet credits, no-shows, and refunds are handled.
By purchasing any SabeHub membership, pass, package, session, experience, or wallet credit, the member agrees to this policy.
Membership / Package means any paid SabeHub plan, card, pass, bundle, or access product purchased by a member.
Session / Shift means a booked usage block for Execution Space, Wellness Space, Events, or any eligible SabeHub experience.
Reserved Shift means any session booked by the member, whether attended or not.
Sabe Wallet Credit means internal credit issued by SabeHub that can be used only within the SabeHub ecosystem.
Eligible Experiences means services where credits are allowed to be used, based on the member's plan.
Exclusive Experiences means retreats, invite-only formats, special events, private sessions, or limited-capacity formats that may carry separate pricing or rules.
Members may request cancellation of their membership or package before its expiry.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through official SabeHub support channels, such as email (csm@sabehub.com), WhatsApp (+91 86995 21693), or any other approved communication method shared by SabeHub.
Once approved, SabeHub will calculate the remaining eligible value after deductingUsed sessions
Reserved shifts, whether attended or not
Consumed event or wellness credits
Any unpaid dues
Applicable discounts or benefits already used
A 10% administrative fee on the remaining eligible balance
Any eligible balance will be issued as Sabe Wallet Credit, not as a cash refund, unless otherwise required by law or specifically approved by SabeHub in writing.
SabeHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership, package, booking, or access without refund in cases including, but not limited to:
Non-payment of fees
Misuse of membership benefits
Sharing access without permission
Misconduct with staff, members, guests, or vendors
Damage to property
Violation of SabeHub rules, community standards, or safety protocols
Fraudulent activity or false information
Repeated no-shows, disruption, or abuse of booking privileges
In such cases, SabeHub may deny refund, wallet credit, future access, or membership renewal at its discretion.
Before the expiry of a package or membership, any eligible refund will be processed as Sabe Wallet Credit after deductions. The refund calculation will be based on the remaining unused value after deducting the cost of:
Used sessions
Reserved shifts
Booked experiences
Member benefits already consumed
Any pending dues
Administrative charges
An additional 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the remaining eligible balance.
Reserved shifts are deducted regardless of attendance because the slot, seat, or experience capacity is blocked for the member.
No refund, wallet credit, extension, or adjustment will be provided after the membership, package, pass, or card has expired.
Members are responsible for using their credits, sessions, and benefits within the validity period of their plan.
If a member books a session, shift, wellness class, event, or experience and does not attend, it will be treated as a used session unless cancelled within the applicable cancellation window.
No-shows may result in deduction of credits, loss of booking privileges, or restrictions on future bookings if repeated.
This is necessary because SabeHub experiences are capacity-based and reserved slots cannot always be reallocated at the last moment.
Members may cancel or reschedule eligible bookings, subject to the rules of each experience. Recommended standard cancellation windows:
Execution Space bookings: cancel or reschedule at least 2+ hours before the booking time
Wellness sessions: cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the session time
Events and curated experiences: cancel at least 7+ days before the event, depending on the format
Private experiences, paid workshops, retreats, or invite-only formats: cancellation rules may differ and will be shared separately
Bookings cancelled after the applicable window may be treated as used.
SabeHub may update cancellation windows based on the nature of the experience, capacity, instructor cost, food preparation, or event commitments.
Eligible refunds are issued as Sabe Wallet Credit. Sabe Wallet Credit:
Is valid for 365 days from the date of issue
Can be used only within the SabeHub ecosystem
Can be used for eligible Execution Space access, Wellness sessions, or eligible experiences, based on SabeHub's rules
Cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn to a bank account
Cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person unless approved by SabeHub in writing
Cannot be used for certain exclusive experiences, retreats, private formats, or partner-led offerings unless specifically allowed
Any unused wallet credit after 365 days will automatically expire.
Any payment gateway charges, bank charges, platform fees, taxes, or third-party deductions may be non-refundable.
If a payment was made through a payment gateway, refund timelines may also depend on the processing timelines of the bank, card provider, UPI provider, or payment partner.
Approved wallet credits will normally be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
If any bank refund is approved as an exception, it may take additional time depending on the payment provider, bank, or payment method used.
SabeHub may request proof of payment, registered mobile number, invoice, transaction ID, or membership details before processing any refund or wallet credit.
Memberships, passes, cards, and packages must be used within their stated validity period.
Extensions are not guaranteed and may be approved only in special cases at SabeHub's discretion. SabeHub may consider extensions in cases such as:
Medical emergency
Long travel with prior notice
Operational closure by SabeHub
Other genuine cases reviewed by the team
Any extension approval must be confirmed in writing.
Membership pause options, if available, will depend on the specific membership plan. A pause is not automatic and must be requested in advance.
If approved, the pause period may extend the membership validity by the approved duration. Pauses may not apply to short-term passes, promotional offers, event passes, limited-time offers, or expired memberships.
Promotional, discounted, founding member, campaign-based, or limited-period plans may have separate cancellation, refund, extension, or wallet rules.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, promotional purchases are non-refundable and may only be eligible for Sabe Wallet Credit at SabeHub's discretion.
Certain experiences may have separate cancellation rules because they involve limited seats, external experts, food preparation, venue setup, partner costs, travel, or instructor commitments. These may include:
Founder dinners
Brunch clubs
Sports experiences
Paid workshops
Retreats
Private sessions
Invite-only gatherings
Partner-led experiences
For such experiences, cancellation, refund, or transfer rules will be shared at the time of booking or invitation.
Memberships, wallet credits, passes, and sessions are generally non-transferable.
Any transfer request must be approved by SabeHub in writing. SabeHub may reject transfer requests to protect member experience, community quality, access control, and plan integrity.
If SabeHub cancels a booked session, class, or experience due to operational reasons, members may receive one of the following:
Rescheduling option
Credit reversal
Sabe Wallet Credit
Alternate experience access
SabeHub will not be liable for indirect losses, travel costs, missed opportunities, or other personal expenses resulting from cancellation or rescheduling.
SabeHub will not be responsible for cancellations, delays, closures, or service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, power failures, safety issues, civil unrest, technical failures, or other force majeure events.
In such cases, SabeHub may offer rescheduling, extension, or wallet credit at its discretion.
SabeHub may restrict, suspend, or cancel access if a member misuses benefits or violates the spirit of the membership. This includes:
Booking slots without intention to attend
Repeated last-minute cancellations
Sharing membership access
Misusing wallet credits
Creating inconvenience for other members
Violating SabeHub's house rules or community standards
SabeHub reserves the right to take action to protect the overall member experience.
For questions about cancellations, refunds, wallet credits, or membership terms, members can contact the SabeHub team through the official support channels.
